  The World Health Organization conceptualized the seven-star pharmacist in 2014. For each of these roles, the level of a pharmacist’s soft skills will determine a pharmacist’s ultimate success. In general, soft skills are ‘personal attributes that enables someone to interact effectively and harmoniously with other persons.’
