Background
Antibiotics are prescribed to 75% of children in hospitals and mostly unnecessarily or inappropriately.Antibiotic stewardship programs are effective in improving antibiotic use outcome and patient safety
Methods
This pharmacist- led prospective, quasi- experimental study was carried out in the paediatric emergency and medical wards
