Mr. Petar Kušakovic wasn't only a pharmacist working in Vranje (1901-1912) and Belgrade (from1912), but also among the first in Serbia, engaged in making pharmaceutical specialties. Quality control of pharmaceutical specialties was under the control of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which was, at the time, responsible for the healthcare service
