Background
Minor ailment schemes (MAS) promote efficiencies within healthcare systems. The cost savings and health outcomes demonstrated in the UK and Canada open up new opportunities for pharmacists to effect sustainable changes through MAS delivery in Australia.
Methods
This study used a c-RCT design with an intervention and a control group.
