Each one of these components impacts

community pharmacy organisation and

practice and determines the extent to

which the profession is able to

accommodate and lead the change process

much needed by societies and health

systems.

Although the implementation of some of

these strategic directions relies not solely

on the profession, the majority of the

proposed actions can and should be

initiated by pharmaceutical organisations.

We urge you to start the process as soon as

possible.
