Background: Ethanol intake can lead to an unexpected increase in bioavailability of drugs with low aqueous solubility.
Aim: The purpose of this study was to investigate potential consequences of concomitant drug and ethanol intake on dissolution and apparent drug solubility (Sapp) in biorelevant media simulating the fluid in the stomach.
Methods: .. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
