The purpose of this study was to understand and optimize formulation and process of camptothecin (CPT) loaded solid lipid nanoparticles (SLNs) using quality by design (QbD) approach. The CPT-SLNs composed of tricaprin-based lipid matrix were prepared by hot homogenization method, physicochemically characterized and evaluated for in vivo..
