Control of powder particle size distribution is particularly important for production of mini-tablets. This work investigates the effect of particle size on the behaviour of drug-loaded mini-tablets for ocular use.
Mini-tablets (2mm diameter) were made by powder mixing and compression on a Riva Piccola press with the following.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
