  • Abstract:

    Delivering drug using microparticles (MP) is commonly used for three-dimensional (3D) tissue engineering to facilitate and support cell development. We have functionalized poly(glycerol adipate) (PGA) for MP by substituting PGA with acyl group to increase encapsulation efficiency and attaching a maleimide-poly(ethylene glycol) (MIHA-PEG) linker..
