To investigate the effect of dry coating of a fine cohesive ibuprofen powder via mechanofusion with different coating materials on its flowability and dissolution for formulation design of high drug loading oral delivery.
Mechanofusion was applied to dry coat a fine ibuprofen with coating materials of magnesium stearate (MgSt),.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
