Background: Development polymeric nanoparticles (NPs) for intravenous administration of hydrophobic compound has been challenging for decades. However, it could be impeded by the reticuloendothelial (RES) system that can recognize and remove NPs immediately from the bloodstream so that drug delivery becomes ineffective. Herein we developed NPs.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
