Backgrounds: Current cancer chemotherapy suffers from the major disadvantage of lack of specificity and hence leading to severe toxicity to normal cells. Nanocarriers offer many advantages over free drug through passive and active targeting (1). The unique structure makes dendrimer an excellent building block to create an ideal polymeric..
