I. Background: Many studies have found that cells take up nanoparticles mainly through endocytosis pathway other than passive route. With knowing the intrercellular pathway of nanoparticles, we can design the nanoparticles of purpose to increase the uptake of drugs. In this study, we used different kinds of endocytosis inhibitors to investigate..
