Background: Quinoline derivatives have attracted much attention for the past few decades due to their considerable biological and pharmacological activities. 4-(4-(2-Chlorobenzyloxy)anilino)-6-ethoxy-2-methylquinoline has been discovered to possess potent anti-Dengue virus activity with an EC₅₀ value of 5.0 mM.
