Quality by Design is a paradigm with which composition and manufacturing specifications can be linked to product performance in the patient, with the aim of building therapeutic performance into the dosage form. But how can we set the specifications appropriately? Analysing the therapeutic needs in terms of pharmacodynamics (PD) and translating PD ..
