Case Summary: The 35 year-old male was well before and traveled to Italy and Czech in Sep. 2005. He felt poor appetite with nausea and vomiting after the trip. Unfortunately, the disease progress rapidly, he lost consciousness and transferred to our emergency room. Coagulopathy, hyperbilirubinemia and acute liver failure were found after..
