A rapid and convenient tool for assessment of skin delivery in human volunteers would facilitate development of new penetration enhancement technologies. This tool is based on combined sensory testing and quantitative monitoring of drug penetrant induced erythema.
40 human volunteers (HREC approval 42/2013) were pretreated with microneedles or.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
