This keynote lecture will outline the interplay between the need to educate pharmacists as applied scientists, as imminent practitioners and as possessors of skill sets that are required in the future workplace. More specifically, the balance has to be struck between ensuring that the degree remains rigorous and challenging from a purely academic..
