Myasthenia gravis is an antibody-mediated disorder affecting the neuromuscular junctions. Muscle weakness and fatigability are the major symptoms in MG patients. Cramps are painful muscle contractions, typically in the legs or feet, that occur during prolonged periods of rest - most often while in bed at night. Although such cramps..
