    Background The pharmacies in Sweden all belong to one company, the state-owned Apoteket AB (the National Corporation of Swedish Pharmacies). Product quality is thereby easily controlled and deviations promptly discovered. Customer complaints might be an indicator of product quality and deserves a serious approach.
