Background
Hospitalisation resulting from medicine related problems (MRPs) is more prevalent among adult patients with cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) and diabetes (DM). The aim of this study is to identify MRPs and their main characteristics in adult patients admitted with CVDs and/ or DM.
