I. Background
For pharmacists to ensure quality use of over the counter medicines (OTC) within community pharmacies, appropriate patient assessment needs to occur.
II. Aim
To elicit barriers and facilitators experienced when conducting patient assessment for OTC in community pharmacies.
III. Method
Pharmacists and intern pharmacists.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
