Rural communities in Australia are typically serviced by 1 or 2 community pharmacists and no hospital pharmacist. A model with potential to address clinical needs involves community pharmacists servicing the local hospital on a sessional basis.
This study explored the drivers and challenges to implementation of sessional.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
