Irish registered Pharmacists are working in a new, well defined legal and ethical framework to ensure their focus is on patient care and maintaining competency. With the introduction of mandatory CPD , this will involve a shift away from voluntary, reactive, input driven CE activity, to a self directed, reflective, continuous learning The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
