Background
Drug related problems cause considerable health damage. Systematic medication monitoring is an instrument to prevent, detect and solve drug related problems. Clinical rules are decision support tools that combine patient characteristics with the usual medication monitoring such as contra-indications and drug-interactions. The rules..
