    I. Background

    Bisoprolol is a selective beta-blocker has been widely prescribed for the treatment of cardiovascular disease. It is eliminated by renal and non-renal routes. Therefore, clinical conditions as renal or hepatic dysfunction may alter bisoprolol metabolism or excretion. However, the pharmacokinetics of bisoprolol has not been clarified ..
