Stationary phases C8 and C18 are the most widely used for HPLC analysis of medicines. Butfrequently selectivity, good peak shape, reproducibility is not easily obtained on these phases forseparation of complex mixtures (ex. tertiary amines). The aim of this work is to compare alkylphase with phases offering alternative selectivity in reversed..
