Introduction
Aga Khan Hospital is a tertiary care teaching hospital. The non-availability of adequate space and huge patient influx at ambulatory care pharmacies are hampering the provision of best pharmaceutical care to the patients.
Objective
To explore the possibilities to enhance customer satisfaction, reduce waiting time and process.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
