Aim and objective
:
The aim of the study was to prepare and characterize docetaxel (DTX) loaded nanoparticles.
Methods:
The docetaxel-loaded polylactic acid-co-glycolic acid (PLGA) nanoparticles were prepared by conventional emulsion solvent evaporation method. The drug-polymer solution was sonicated with demineralized water containing poloxamer..
