Background
The Pharmacy Guild of Australia[simplequote]s Quality Care Pharmacy Program (QCPP) has provided a quality management accreditation framework for community pharmacy for 15 years. While Australian community pharmacies offer many services, the availability, consistency and targeting to complex patients has previously been varied.
