Background:
Pharmacist prescribing is a professional intervention undertaken by pharmacists to contribute to timely, rationale and safe patient management. It involves a collaboration with physicians in chronic disease management and to support patients in self-medication of minor ailments. The aims were to develop and validate 3 modules to..
