Background: Australian pharmacists have good knowledge of the emergency contraceptive pill (ECP); however, their practices in circumstances such as when the ECP is requested outside the licensed 72-hour timeframe are inappropriate. This has led to revision of the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia[simplequote]s ECP supply guideline to clarify.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
