    Asthma is a serious global health problem. The prevalence of asthma is increasing in most countries. Community pharmacists are the most accessible health care professionals. Based on published evidence, they are recognized and encouraged to monitor and manage asthma patients in contemporary guidelines, e.g. NVL Asthma, Germany, or British Thoracic
