The evolution of cancer and its treatment has resulted in more pharmacists caring for cancer patients, even if cancer is not the primary reason for receiving a pharmacist[simplequote]s care. This is changing oncology pharmacy practice from being the sole realm of a limited number of acute care specialists to also involve generalist practitioners.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
