Community pharmacists play a vital role in the primary healthcare team, but they do not always have access to the patient information they need because of organisational, political and legal/information governance issues. This session will review the issues relating to pharmacist access to patient data and describe developments that will improve.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
