    The purpose of this study was to improve absorption and bioavailability of baicalin by nanocrystal drug delivery system. A tandem ultrasonic-homogenization technology was applied to prepare the baicalin-nanocrystal, and physicochemical properties were characterized by SEM, PCS, X-ray diffraction and solubility experiment.
