The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of antioxidant on the stability of poly(lactide-co-glycolide) microspheres (PLGA MS) containing ONO-1301, a novel long-acting prostacyclin agonist.Firstly, the structural formula of the degradation product of ONO-1301 was determined using liquid chromatography–nuclear magnetic resonance/mass..
