Furosemide (FR) is a diuretic used as antihypertensive. However, this drug is not well definied according to BCS classification, since it has low solubility and difficult permeability defining. Cyclodextrins (CD) improves BCS characteristics, so it was chosen. The major purpose of designing a controlled release formulation is to reduce The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
