Background: Providing safe and effective non-prescription medicines (NPM) and ensuring customer satisfaction are a key role for pharmacy staff. There is limited research on customers’ view of counselling for NPMs in Vietnam. Objective: This study investigated pharmacy customers’ opinions of the counselling given when NPMs are supplied in community..
