Objectives: To investigate the expectancy and the weighting on the quality of OPD (out-patient department) pharmacy services of the three parties: pharmacy administrators, pharmacists, and patients, and then try to propose the related information for further actions on the improvement of service quality.Methods: We utilize the technique of QFD..
