Introduction: Celecoxib was indicated to reduce the number of adenomatous colorectal polyps for Familial Adenomatous Polyposis (FAP) . The recommended oral dose is 400 mg twice per day. It is Â known for risk of serious cardiovascular adverse reactions , especially in high dose. To manage risk of using celecoxib in this indication, Thailand Food..
