The Greeks were the first civilization to mention preventive health care. Hippocrates in the 5th century BC classified the causes of disease and identified behaviors associated with poor health to include food, habits and exercise. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
