HPTLC fingerprinting, antioxidant and antimicrobial screening of Indian medicinal plants for the treatment of acne

The present study was done for screening anti-acne and antioxidant activity of Indian medicinal plants. Petroleum ether, dichloromethane and methanolic extracts of 3 common plants were analyzed for their antioxidant assays. The results clearly demonstrated that amongst 9 test extracts, the methanolic extracts of Camellia sinensis exhibited highest ..
