To develop a management tool for enhancing and maintaining staff motivation.
Why is this project important?;
As pharmacists in management roles we have lacked a structured tool for increasing staff motivation. Staff motivation requires a better understanding of what motivates the individual employee. Increased staff motivation can The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
