Fatty acids have been an emerging interest in treating neuropsychological disorders such as depression and schizophrenia. Stearic acid, a saturated fatty acid was isolated from the micro alga Spirulina platensis, which is an excellent source of fatty acids. The carboxylic acid group of stearic acid was modified to give 1,3,4-oxadiazole,..
