In 2007, after a review of the MSc in Clinical Pharmacy, a postgraduate course for hospital pharmacists, a self-needs analysis tool was introduced in most modules to help students and tutors identify specific learning needs for the module. It was hoped that such a tool would individualise student's learning and help them make the most of the..
