  • Abstract:

Waiting times for outpatients in hospital pharmacies can vary from 30 to over 90 minutes, often causing frustration amongst patients. The current waiting time for an outpatient prescription at this London hospital is about 20 minutes. An audit was carried out to determine if patient waiting times were within this time limit and possible factors..
