    1,8 Naphthyridine derivatives are important chemotherapeutic agents & possess various pharmacological activities like anti-inflammatory, analgesic, 5-HT3 antagonist, antiplatelet, PDE-5 inhibitory, A1 adenosine antagonists, A2A adenosine receptors agonist & antiallergic activity.
