Committed pharmacists self sponsored,undertook a study on the effect of intervention by pharmcist in old age homes in the medication administration to the inmates. Prior to the study based on a questionnaire analysed the percentage of compliance which was low at 25 % only. On active intervention by motivation, counselling,helping in identification..
