Aims: To examine the use of cocaine among methadone patients in the Health Service Executive (HSE) Northern Area Dublin, Ireland. Methods: A survey was carried out on 851 patients receiving methadone treatment for opiate addiction. Patients reported the incidence and frequency of cocaine use.
